LKMA would like to congratulate our own, Margaret Conklin, for the 2023 NYS Association of Transportation Engineers, “Transportation Professional of the Year” award. Margaret joined LKMA as our Public Outreach Coordinator on construction inspection projects after her retirement from the NYS Department of Transportation in 2021 where she served in the following positions throughout the course of her career:
