Jim has over 30 years of combined experience in project design and construction. He is actively involved in the projects he directs from inception to conclusion. In addition, he directs and provides QA/QC on Highway Design projects for NYSDOT, NCDPW and SCDPW. Jim is responsible for Directing and Managing the Resident Engineering and Inspection Services (REIS) at the firm.
